  6. Now melt chocolate in microwave for 1 min keep stirring until all chocolate melts. Dip the tea bag cookies halfway in the melted chocolate and put them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or on a cooling rack. Place the cookie in the fridge for 10/15 minutes.
  7. Cut a piece of string. Thread the string through the hole. Now serve it with tea.

In a small saucepan combine all ingredients except for ribs and garlic powder. Heat over medium high heat until sugar and salt is dissolved. Cool completely or add ice cubes to chill brine.
